Villa Mare Blu

The Ville Mare Blu are four wonderful terraced small villas very recently built standing only 70 m far from the long sandy coast of Ascea Marina. Modern and comfortable, set on two levels about 100 square metres long, they are endowed with three bedrooms, a dining room with modern kitchen units, two bathrooms with a shower, an outdoor shower, TV-SAT, grill, a centralized washing machine, a garage.

Each apartment, that can house up to 5 persons, has 1 deck chairs, 2 chaise longue and one beach umbrella, that can also be used on the beach. A covered patio and an equipped solarium are an additional comfort to these terraced small villas in the heart of Cilento to spend a relaxing holiday on the sea.

Close to the railway station, Ville Mare Blu are easily accessible also by train (shuttle service available on reservation).

We care about the enviromnent. The villa only uses sun collectors to supply hot water.

The location is Ascea Marina, nearby the archeological complex of Elea-Velia. The small villas are situated in a green area with a wonderful pinewood standing behind where it is possible to enjoy the fresh air arriving from palms, pines and poplars. In front of them stands a touristic village full of entertainment for its guests from June to September.
The grainy sand beach is particularly suitable for families with little kids because the sea floor is clear and not deep. In summer it is possible to practise several water sports as sailing, surf, underwater fishing, waterscooter etc. The centre of Ascea Marina can be reached on foot (about 1,5 km). Not far from the villas are shops, groceries, restaurants, pizza restaurants and discos that can be reached on foot without using any car. In the area around there can also be found tennis playgrounds, a riding school, a five-a-side playground.

Also easily to be reached, about 700 m afar, is the archeological area of Elea-Velia, a standpoint for any tourist enjoying Parmenide's birthplace. On the ground floor the small villas are endowed with a comfortable living-room with a well-equipped kitchen area (a cooker, an electric oven, a fridge with a freezer), a double-bed bedroom with two bedside tables, a three doors cupboard, a little balcony, a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor are two additional bedrooms with two or three beds, another bathroom with a shower. The covered patio (about 18 square metres) together with a solarium (about 25 square metres) equipped with two sun beds and deck chairs allow to enjoy a pleasant holiday.

All the small villas are completely fenced and have a garage. The Ville Mare Blu are situated in a blind and not busy alley directly linked to the beach.

Week is intended from Saturday to Saturday.

Note:
Rates are intended for 6 persons.
From the sixth person on, an extra charge of Euro 70 per person per week will be added.
Cradle 25 euro per week.
In the apartment rate all expenses are included (water, electric light, gas).
If you request bedroom and bathroom linen an extra charge of Euro 15 per person per week will be added.
When you leave, the cleaning will be done by the locator for a fee of Euro 80 .
Side garden exclusive Euro 30 a week.
If you have a dog with you, an extra charge of Euro 40 per person per week will be added.
