Villa Magnolia

The houses in Villa Magnolia stand in a wonderful place not far from the centre of Ascea Marina. They were built in 1997. Every house is perfectly proportioned and refined, every flat is comfortable and owns independent quiet entrances protecting privacy. By some panels on the roof the building takes advantage of the heat of sun to warm water indoor (bathroom and kitchen) and outdoor (showers in the garden) in each flat.

The apartaments are endowed:

-with independent air conditioning (on request);

- with central heating and an independent thermostat with a boiler supplied by the "Nocciolino di Sansa" (combustible biological) products of the olives from the olive groves of Mr. Franco Perazzo, the landlord. From these same olive groves he gets the famous extra-virgin olive oil from Cilento 'the green gold from Cilento' that can be bought directly from him. All around the house space has been carefully planned by the landlord's wife. Among green fields and a parking area, the garden is full of plants and typical trees as the leafy magnolias to which the house owes its name. Moreover, a nice wooden gazebo stands where it is possible to use a barbecue and a wood-burning oven to spend delightful summer nights together. Villa Magnolia has a first floor with three flats with an independent entrance each directly on the garden. From here a wonderful view on the ancient Velia excavations can be enjoyed with a superb landscape. The remaining flats on the upper floor overlook the sea.

Each apartment, that can house up to 5 persons, has 1 deck chairs, 2 chaise longue and one beach umbrella, that can also be used on the beach. All flats can have five guests since they are bright, comfortable and large. All of them are endowed with a dining room and a cooking small area, two large bedrooms with orthopaedic mattresses, bathroom and shower and large balconies, also with furniture, TV-SAT, and radio recorder. Internet connection through LAN or WI-FI with your own PC available (on request).

A very warm reception and help can be enjoyed in any moment to give the guest the best comfort.

A shared washing machine is available for guests.

There's a lot to discover and the helpful landlord's advices will enable the guest to choose among the range of excursions and trips, restaurants and farm holidays that permit to taste the typical dishes of Cilento. A very easy place to be reached even by foot is Velia excavations with its tower (it can be seen wherever by far). From up the archeological area a wonderful view on the sea can be enjoyed.

Villa Magnolia is located in the centre of the village, not far from shops and supermarkets, restaurants and coffee-bars. A cycle-lane (5 km) directly reaches Ascea Marina cliff. There's also a railway station just 15 minutes far on foot from Villa Magnolia to go and visit touristic places like Paestum, Pompeii or Sapri. Some buses permit short trips nearby.
Mr Franco Perazzo also places a car at disposal on request.

Close to the railway station, Villa Magnolia is easily accessible also by train (shuttle service available on reservation).

Week is intended from Saturday to Saturday.

Note:
Notes: The rates are intended for 5 persons.
From the sixth person on, an extra charge of Euro 70 per person per week will be added.
Cradle Euro 25 per week.
Air conditioning 10 euros per day.
In the apartment rate all expenses are included (water, electric light, gas).
If you request bedroom and bathroom linen an extra charge of Euro 15 per person per week will be added.
When you leave, the cleaning will be done by the locator for a fee of Euro 60 .
Side garden exclusive Euro 30 a week.
If you have a dog with you, an extra charge of Euro 40 per person per week will be added.
