Casa Francesco

Casa Francesco was completely renovated in 1999 and apartments have been totally refurbished.

Both the ground and the first floor are divided into two apartments:
- an apartment with 1 bedroom, bathroom and kitchen (max 4 people).
- an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen (max 6 people).

Only on low and mid season, on request the first floor can be unifed in a single apartment which is the ideal solution for one or two families or a group of people. In this way you can get an apartment with 3 bedrooms (maximum 8 people), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchenette and three balconies.

All apartments are equipped with central heating and the building is environment-friendly because it uses solar panels installed on the roof to heat water for bathrooms and kitchens.

The property has a large fully completely fenced garden, with the availability of a parking space per apartment.

Guests have access to a shared washing machine with tokens, outdoor showers, car park, bicycle rack and a large garden for children.

Thanks to its location, Casa Francesco offers different opportunities to go shopping or walking. Indeed, shops, restaurants and bars are easily accessible on foot.
It is also the ideal location for guests who would like to move by public transport because it takes few minutes to go from the house to the railway station and the bus stop.
Besides, guests can also go visiting the excavations of ancient Velia or admiring the stunning view of the whole coastal area of Cilento.

A car is available on request.

Week is intended from Saturday to Saturday.

Note:
Rental prices are 4-person Two-rooms and for 5 people for Three-room.
From the sixth person on, an extra charge of Euro 70 per person per week will be added.
Cradle Euro 25 per week.
In the apartment rate all expenses are included (water, electric light, gas).
If you request bedroom and bathroom linen an extra charge of Euro 15 per person per week will be added.
When you leave, the cleaning will be done by the locator for a fee of Euro 60.

If you have a dog with you, an extra charge of Euro 40 per person per week will be added.
